This app constantly freezes. Also if I’m lucky enough to make it to the checkout stage, it has lately become impossible for me to log in and it no longer accepts my fingerprint for Touch ID. I saved items in My Favourites yesterday and when I went back just now they weren’t there.
Flashy but less functionality
The new update may be more aesthetically pleasing but it’s less functional. The wishlist no longer lets you see if your saved item/size is in or out of stock by looking at your list. At first glance, it looks like every item and size you have saved is in stock. But when you click to add the item to your cart, you see the size you favorited may actually be out of stock. Only items that all sizes are completely out of stock are greyed out. Frustrating since the previous app version gave you the option to see if your favorited item AND size was available just by looking at your list. This was much better when you are waiting for an item to be restocked.

I will say I do have concerns about the App. Starting with the Wishlist, there’s an annoying limit to how many items you can add which for H&M being well versed in almost everything, can’t work. There’s also no way to organise it, I love shopping apps the creates Boards especially since I like keeping things organised and there’s days where a shop for just clothes vs decor for my House.
