Very poor photo app
Difficult to use and you have no idea what photo you are actually going to get as it never confirme with you the photo you have bought . no indication either when the photo is ready for collection and you don’t get an email either saying it is ready . Very poor integration with the actual Photoshop Harvey Norman and staff not very good at explaining the app. Especially in the Cork store. I strongly suggest you avoid it and do not download this app as it will only bring you frustration..
Excellent way to print from phone
Visited store in Naas this afternoon and originally began by connecting phone via cable - disaster. Very helpful assistant - Victoria - showed me how to download app, choose only the two photos I wanted to print, send them to photo booth via WiFi and wait 5 mins. Victoria then mounted both photos in frame I’d chosen and I was done. Excellent service.
Communication poor
Happily take your money, but give no indication of delivery.
The number on the contact us section puts you through to some poor guy on the shop floor in Dublin - nothing to do with the photo printing.
And neither the number nor the email address are selectable or tapable actions - they expect people to copy the number instead of call through the app. An attempt to deter complaints I assume
