This app is really good, and is easy to use. If you like staying in Hilton Hotels, then get this app. With the app, you can choose your room and check in, before you have left your home.

Thanks to whoever updated the app!
Now I can't use it as it requires iOS10. My iPad only uses up to iOS 9.3.5. Granted it's an older device but works fine. (Why should I endure the expense of purchasing a new device after 6 years Apple?!)
I am a silver honours member and use the app to book regular stays in the same hotel. Now I can't check my account, book stays or check in online as every time I open the app it tells me to update, and takes me to the App Store where apparently the app is updated!!! If I click 'close' on the update message the app crashes!
Fix this issue please. 😡
