Screen stuck on "connecting". How Huawei can be behind this truly ridiculously bad app is unbelievable. Phones are fragile, backing up is a must, the software must follow. This particular software is so bad, it's a clear sign that there is serious incompetence running at Huawei, and to stay away from their hardware.
