Frustrating

Such a frustrating app… the loading even though no one is in the app drives me mad! The fact two of us can’t be in the app at once either! When it works it’s not a bad app but useless if I can’t actually access the alarm.

Such a frustrating app… the loading even though no one is in the app drives me mad! The fact two of us can’t be in the app at once either! When it works it’s not a bad app but useless if I can’t actually access the alarm.

When it works it’s great. But it rarely loads fast. Notifications are good and on time but when you go to open the app to see who is at your bell. The entire interface is gone. You can’t access your doorbell. Even inside the house connected to WiFi it doesn’t work. Needs an update

I have never used such a terribly bad app. Very slow to log in at times & notifications take way too long if they come in at all. Has caused me so many issues, call-outs from Alarm installers to try rectify the problem, at my expense!! I certainly would not recommend it to anyone.

The app sometimes loads the alarm, sometimes doesn’t. So you might be able to set it now but next time to login…no chance. Nothing consistent. Takes ages to connect. Notifications take ages or don’t come at all.
