Awesome game

I like this game and it’s fun but ok there have been like five reviews about the star thing so I’m not gonna bother typing it, anyway the thing that bothers me is that the ads aren’t even correct it’s like this guy cheating on his wife and she leaves and has to fix a house she found when ACTUALLY the game is you play levels where you match objects to earn stars to fix the mansion. I have no idea why they made these weird ads (maybe they don’t like the actual game or people aren’t buying it enough or something) but I like the game the way it is so I think they need to make better ads that show the real game so that people actually see what the real game is.

Bugs in game. No support - only irritating bots

I loved this game to begin with, I even stopped playing candy crush as I found this game much better. Roll on a few months….and I have deleted the game. There is bug on some levels and the support is basically so non existent it’s infuriating.
I was on level 2546 and it gave me 18 moves,but when I googled how to pass the level (which I often have to do) it shows the level as having 25 moves. This has happened on several levels previous to this one.
What’s even more annoying is how difficult it is to get in contact with support. The first port of call is via automated bots - I won’t even go there-they’re so unhelpful. Then you go to the bother of filling out a form with all the required info and sending a screenshot,only to receive an email asking you to go to the “settings” and “contact us” section again.
Complete rubbish support. So disappointed.
I’ve actually deleted it and paid for a different game that actually gives you support.

Save yourself, very manipulated game.

To be fair the game is very addictive but can leave you very irritated and frustrated. I am on level 1744 (so I have had a good go) and tried just over 100 times, I used up a good amount of power ups but if the computer says no then you are stuffed. There may be some skill in some levels but this one is pre determined like so many others before. Sometimes you take the only move available which can waste several moves with no progress until it says no moves and mixes things only to be left with the only move available again ( where is the fun or skill in that) Often times the power ups you collect and use, land in the worst possible spot and completely useless to you.
Like many games they want you to spend money which you become very tempted to do just to move on. Finally, the super hard games are often very easy but the Hards can be almost impossible at times, 1744 is a joke and just when you need anger management counselling by the 150th attempt the perfect game appears and everything goes your way. Very manipulated, give it a miss.
