Would love to say few good words for this app as make such a difference. I am glad there is options for all maintenance issuses. It's quick way to report issuses and include pictures. Would be better if there is a Key word search option rather then search Category and then Subcategory. Also maybe to add option if is urgent, so someone can pop in same day.

Not happy with service.

Honestly one of the worst apps I have ever personally used. I logged a ticket for weeks on end regarding an issue I had in the car park and didn’t receive a substantial answer once over the course of weeks on end of messaging and sending in photo of the issue on a dailyBasis. Absolute joke of a landlord have no issue leaving tenants without repairs or maintenance. Their main tactics is to either ignore your request or lie to you either about action that never take place
