Very helpful staff
Checking in on-line I was not offer editing the opportunity to check bags, so called Iberia. Spoke to Andrew, who was friendly, helpful and enabled me to check the bag by phone. Thank you.
Shocking, my last time flying with this airline.
I have never wrote a bad review but I felt like this needs to be said. I have flown with Iberia many times in the past and I have found their service to be fit for the price but in my past couple of months I have found their service to be worst than Ryanair’s. I know that is a big statement but it is fit for the matter.
When you try to change a flight the website does not work, for their website error you are forced to change the flight over the phone and forced to pay more. When contacting customer service they are rude and the information from employee to employee does not match up, one employee tells you one price and the next will tell you another.
If you want to change your flight it’s cheaper to buy a new one? This does not seem like something reasonable.
I have never had any experience like this with any airline, not even Ryanair. Overall horrible experience, won’t be flying with them again.
Terrible app... don’t bother downloading
The app is not very user-friendly (just about as useless as the website). The app crashes every time you try to find a booking saying “unexpected server response, please go back and try again from the beginning”. The support team just tell you to delete the app and try again, but my recommendation would be to delete the app and leave it there.
