Terrible app
Tries to show you deals based on your search history. Doesn’t keep bookings you have made or tickets on the app - which every basic company is able to achieve. I asked to add baggage, a fairly simple procedure I mistakenly assumed, and really battle to firstly find a link. Then had to wait for a day to find out whether someone would respond to my “enquiry”. If you are desperate to make money make that sort of thing easier to access. I was equally unhappy when my pass was moved to a different seat, after it was upgraded to priority instead of just adding a bag. This meant I was stuck between to people instead of being next the the other person I booked this ticket with.
Please fix it it’s a joke
