Excellent app
5 stars no doubt, just perhaps one improvement. A tick box somewhere to prevent clients booking more than one appointment per day or maybe every three days or something. Clients are booking appointments and then rebooking later in the day.

Can really improve
Most importantly you should be able to search services as suppose to scrolling,,,ll this is the most annoying as I have to scroll 100s of services to find what I want, this also causes duplicating service. trying to send a link to a client and scrolling through appointment types to find it is not working smart. Service variants should be an option, it makes it less messy A loyalty program should be integrated. I am really considering alternative option as it is

A few extras
Great app for my pilates classes . Interface a little uninteresting and hard to make things pop but great app .. I’d really love a wait list facility so clients could automatically be added if classes are full and then someone reschedules or cancels … I’m still having to take wait lists and add manually myself where possible .. otherwise Acuity is great
