We are definitely working on possibilities to increase our interest rate!
Another review years after …
Another review years after. App problems didn’t change and nothing was improved for the users. There is still no option to use debit or credit cards. There are still issues sorting information and understanding exchange rates when getting something. Reports users need still not working or missing, the interface didn’t improve even many people complained. In general I still suggest to avoid this app and use normal user/customer friendly Revolut or Trading212 or one of many other apps available.
P.S. 2* not 1* because there is a hope that something will change in the future.

On future occasions we kindly ask you to first reach out to us via the support chat, as there are solutions for all these concerns :-)
1) We have legitimate reasons why we are unable to link multiple accounts. This is the same for most large players in the industry.
2) There is a current account interface, there is also a history interface to see all the deposits, withdrawals, corporate actions, transactions, etc.
3) Sadly this comment is unclear, we would appreciate clarification in the support chat.
4) We are happy to compile a document for you and we also send tax documents on an annual basis. It is also possible to sign up and receive monthly transaction summaries which get sent to your email.

Bank details
When depositing a fund, aib login page pops up and asking me to login even if my aib app is open, quite hesitant to put my personal details. Is this normal?
