Bug with patient collection coins
Great game, I had it a while ago and reinstalled recently. Since then, my progress is still there, but the tutorial tells me to collect the coins from the first collection of patients in San Francisco, (which I’ve already received). I’m in Oslo now and cannot collect the new money from patient collections.

Too hard, not enough money
Great game but basically impossible to pass the level of gain money for upgrading, everything is too expensive, one bed cost 1000 coins when you get only 100 for passing the level, and you need to upgrade all doctors, other stuff as well, so you constantly fail getting like 10 coins!

Hi! There are various ways to earn gems and coins, hope it will help!
* Surpass level goals to collect Keys and unlock a special box for every ten Keys collected;
* Collect Happiness to get a gift every time the Happiness bar is filled up;
* Catch mail man and courier, ambulance mechanic, helicopter delivery, and other
* Research Center events;
* Complete Achievements;
* Don't forget to collect a gift for every three memories unlocked;
* Complete patients' collections.
