Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account as soon as you confirm your purchase. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal from your Account Settings after the purchase. If you start a free trial, you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel 24 hours before the expiration period.
Your subscription will renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal cost will be charged to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the existing subscription will not be refunded. If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Reassuring and reliable

Really value this app as it helps inform me how my heart is behaving. I have occasional atrial fibrillation and I can tell from my heart rate and the variability on the app if am or have been in Afib during the night. It also lets me know how my breathing and oxygen levels have been during the night. It’s a bonus knowing when I’ve had enough deep sleep. Wouldn’t want to be without it!

Stop waking me half an hour early!

Pillow was wonderful for the first while of using it- although once the novelty wore off it quickly became unpractical! I had been told I was talking in my sleep, so I downloaded this app in hopes of finding out what exactly I was mumbling about during the night- in this regard Pillow works excellently, allowing me to play through every fuss and tumble during the night. However, Pillow also often wakes me up half an hour before I intend to get up at all! While I understand this is intended to sense when you should wake up 'naturally' through movements in the night and R.E.M. cycles- Pillow is all over the place. I am a light sleeper who really genuinely appreciates the extra twenty minutes in bed. It seems so small (it is), but has made it unbearably frustrating to use.

Once a few weeks have passed, I find the app is also unable to retrieve recordings, however this could be related to my internet connection.

Hello and thank you for contacting us. You can completely disable the smart wake-up functionality and the alarm will go off at the exact time set. You can disable the smart wakeup by tapping on the little bell on the bottom right of the alarm setup screen and select "Smart wake up" -> Disabled.
