Glitch or bug

Hi, so I’m on iPhone 7 and I saw a new update on your game.I decided to update it and when it finished updating I went back on it and saw all my progress got reset.i was super sad.I thought of it as a glitch or bug or something like that.Are you able to get all my progress back again if so thanks I would give it a 4.5 if they allowed us so think about this like a 4.5 star thanks!

I’m on the iPhone 13 and the AppStore says the realm update is out I love this game but it’s saying the update will be next
