IKEA 4+

I had. An online consultation about designing and purchasing as Azstad kitchen that went very well. Your employee Jenny McCarthy at Ballymun store was amazing and so helpful. I have selected Blue and hope to complete sale in the coming days. But- you have too few photos of this line on your website.
I travelled 120 miles from Limerick to Ballymun, Dublin to view the kitchen in reality. No such kitchen on display. No such samples on display either. Hidden under the counter with the Dept assistant. I am still unable to make a final decision on a second colour to compliment the dual colour design. It’s a mess. And the App is of little help. It shows doors, parts etc. Could you please add more photos of finished kitchens in all the colours available. Thank you. Loraine Shaw

The ikea app is fantastic there’s a great range as you would expect as if you were walking round the shop , now I’m back in Ireland and unfortunately my closet IKEA is kilometres away from where I am in west cork , so the app is great , I especially like the feature where you can view something in the room given you a good idea of size how it would look, and where to place it there folders you can make where you can put things in which you may want to purchase it at a later date as loads of the features which are really good and helpful. I hope this helps someone out.

We all love IKEA. This app makes it all even easier, However…please consider the option for the customers to clothe language of the app, independently to country they are shopping from. Nowadays we all come from different countries and most of us live not where we were born. This doesn’t mean we get to speak all local languages. Example - I used to live in Ireland and recently has reallocated for work to Finland. Great opportunity to furnish my new home from scratch from IKEA. However when I choose Finland the whole app turned to Finnish and this make my task impossible as I don’t speak Suomi. Therefore a Huge recommendation is to allow customers to select language for the entire Application, without this being dependent on the country for which the customer is shopping.
