Excellence at insomnia
This is for the Glen Easton store in leixlip, the staff here are amazing, always wearing their masks and very patient while you order and wait for you app/loyalty card to load. They keep the store spotless and are always very promt with the orders.
They are very welcoming, young, positive people with a great work ethic. I hope their employer appreciates the staff they have as I’ve never seen a manager/owner there in 5 years I’m using the store!!! So that statement itself shows how good they are.
App is good, but effectiveness compromised by some staff
So just checked my app, and the two coffees a bought in insomnia swan centre earlier, not registered on my app despite me scanning my barcode.
I believe it might be due to the fact that the person serving is new, but unfortunately now, I’ve two less stamps on my loyalty card.
It is a factor in purchasing regularly at insomnia, the phone app is always with you and should provide an appropriate 10% discount when you take into account the free coffee with a fully stamped card.
This problem isn’t unique to Insomnia though, same happened on my last Nero visit .
Click & Collect acting up!
Great app in general/normally but click and collect has been faulty for past week - need to reinstall every time I want to use otherwise menu doesn’t load.
