Editors’ Notes

Simultaneously novel and retro, Into the Dim is a dungeon crawler with a turn-based twist. As you explore grayscale dungeons, you’ll need to carefully plan each movement or be attacked by skeletons, flying eyes and other monsters. Filled with chiptune blips, a delightfully hardcore difficulty and 8-bit graphics that would feel at home on a Game Boy, it's a rewardingly old-school experience.

Rogue game that forces P2P

The game would be better if the UI/game wasn't designed to make you waste coins which are the only things that will let you proceed.

When the level ends, and you click the X, the continue button jumps into the same position and you lose 10 coins, and get nothing for it.

Amazing

I thought this was a brilliant game, really entertaining, challenging but once you get the hang of it it's really fun! Anyone who's saying its a pay to progress game obviously weren't playing it right, because I managed to fully max out my hearts and moves in a day without paying a bit of real money.. As long as you wait for things to upgrade instead of paying for them to upgrade, and you refill your health by playing an early level instead of paying, and as long as you do all the puzzles you will have more than enough in-game currency! A really fun, different game I highly recommend 😊
