Works well but needs improvement
Pretty good at controlling the alarm but is a little buggy, it times out a lot, gives error messages 'panel is not connected' etc. Seems to fix itself.
Would be nice to be able to save bypass settings. I sleep with bedroom windows open, it's pretty annoying to have to do each window every night. Just a suggestion!

Panel is offline
Very bad after sales service. We paid €61 for the phone app per year and we have not been able to access this service for 2 months as our panel is off line and no one seems able to help us get it back on . Would do it myself if the instructions were available.
App is slow
Hi Guys,
I have found since you have updated the this App it’s very slow to access alarm system remotely via my phone, it was never an issue before the updated. Can you look into this issue.

The slowness could be the result of your Router or the SIM/Wi-Fi that your device is connected to.
It is your Router than manages the connection from your alarm system to RISCO Cloud. Please reboot your Router in the first instance.
