There is no valid excuse for this!!
I had hoped earlier issues had been resolved and the app would permit me to manage my booking via mobile and keep details on apple wallet. However I can’t even login!. The login link is hidden behind a banner (as previously mentioned by multiple users). In this technological day there is simply no excuse for releasing a mobile app, clearly not properly user tested and it only serves to frustrates customers. Neither should it take so long to fix. Irish Ferries should withdraw the app and start again, with some competent designers.
Rubbish
Trying to book a trip from my iPhone but it won’t let me move outside the current month (can’t look at more than next 8 days let alone book it!). Trying as the iOS app does the same thing, just as the IF website does trying via the internet using Safari browser. Useless broken website and evidently not developed or sorted. Don’t understand how any commercial company nowadays the size of Irish Ferries can’t provide competent web access. Avoid.
Don’t bother!!
This app is absolutely dreadful! It’s not fit for purpose. It hasn’t been updated in years.
It takes ages to load and gets stuck on the booking page. You can’t log in because the ‘back, forward arrows’ banner covers the option.
It just doesn’t work and is totally pointless!!
I would give it no stars but that isn’t an option!!
