OK didn't have level of info expected
App is just the recipes and the plan it doesn't give much background on benefits of recipes or other additional information.
Mostly just links to recipes and video messages from Jason, Some of the links don't work (supplements).
Haven't read book but imagine it would be better. Can do detox from this but overall doesn't have level of detail I expected especially as was more expensive than the book!

Great app if you're familiar with Juicemaster
I love this app, as I find it easy to stick when it's in my phone with the audio coaching and videos etc, this is more of a pocket guide and doesn't give all the info of the book (obviously) but the plan is the exact same. I like how there's a shopping list and you can break down how many apples you'll need for certain days etc etc.
