Very useful and handy app but when I use the refine/sort filter to select a specific size, it shows items that are out of stock in that size?? This is very frustrating when I go back onto my wishlist, half of the items I have selected are not in my size. Also there is some sort of glitch that when I go into my wishlist everything is listed as out of stock which I know is not true because then when I look up the item again it is in stock, this also is extremely frustrating as it wastes so much time to look everything up again. Very good app even compared to other company apps but those two things are in dire need of fixing Edit : I am no longer having trouble with these issues, they seem to have been sorted, thank you

I like everything from the design.. Ux , to UI to some extent. But there are a lot of areas where the App needs an improvement. A filter to refine the prices from lowest to highest. Another problem in the whole CX is that once you choose something like ‘mens clothing’ in the filter, it does not automatically add the category section. Instead you have to push the apply button, then come again on the filter to put the next option like ‘track-pants’ and so on every time. Which makes the Journey a lot more tiresome. Many more things I can see here from the pov of improvement is needed. App has a potential.

I had trainers ordered with two hoodies I received it’s hoodies but no trainers and no email or any contact to say they were cancelled due to been out of stock until I contacted one of the many automatic systems in place that only answer selected questions! Worst part is the trainers are still listed on the site as available in the size! Clearly can’t trust the site which is a pity because it was one of my favourites to use!

I downloaded this app as my 8month old daughters grandfather wanted to pay for a pair of trainers for her. Spent over an hour trying to change addresses and clearCaches try using desktop all because the app considers Dublin, the capital city of Ireland, To be an ‘invalid county’ and would go no further. Online help was generic non answer computer emails. I went to physical location for the store manager to have the same problem and basically be told his place of work and every other store in siblings address is invalid. Do no delivery, no click and collect, no point in using the app. Best result was for her 83 years old grandfather to drive from Wexford to grafton street and physically swipe his card 👍 even the 0161 helpline number said it was invalid when dialled so no trainers from grand dad nice service
