Just Eat - Food Delivery 17+

I clicked that 5 star review because I was happy as I had just ordered food but then I remembered the issues I had last time I ordered food using this app.
The last time I ordered a kebab it was luke-warm almost cold even, I tried to raise a complaint on the app but it kept saying choose one of the options below to contact us however there were no options.
So in the end I couldn’t do anything and was left with cold food and emotional pain.

Justeat has some of the worst customer service and most incompetent drivers around. I had a busy evening so we ordered some dinner to make things easier. Order confirmed, order is on its way… great! Well not really because the driver passed by our house and proceeded to drive around in circles looking for our home for over 1hr. He made no effort to actually call us for directions. In the end I had to get onto their support and get a refund because even if the food did arrive, it would have been freezing cold. The customer service person was quite rude and dismissive. Really wish we had screenshotted what was being said because they should lose their job. Basically the order needed to be 1hr late to get a full refund and at that stage it was only 56minutes late and the driver was around 10 minutes away from us picking daisy’s. They would only offer half right at that moment. We said fine, wait 4 more minutes and then give us the full refund. They responded by closing the entire chat. Had to get back into a chat with another person to get the refund. Very poor service. Order from other apps that actually allow you to message the drivers. This ain’t it. Also this app is flipped. 0/100

So I have ordered 3 times recently and all 3 times whether it was a direct order from my device a friend or loved ones ended up with the food not delivering. The most common reason was the driver couldn’t find the house and there is no way to communicate directly with the driver. So they driver ends up saying food delivered when it has not and after over an hour each time waiting for delivery then you have to try and call just eat to see what happens and they say oh the driver couldn’t find the house so we will give you a refund. They then say we can give you a 5 euro voucher lol which is insulting especially as you have waited and ordered food. I have never had any issues with Deliveroo the drivers always make contact for food being here and the vouchers offered randomly by Deliveroo is way higher for example last week I got 20 euro voucher for ordering 4 times in September. I won’t be using Justeat again! Clearly the drivers pretend they can’t deliver keep the food and justeat just give you a refund which ends up resulting in loss of time and having to order food late on short notice.
