Kalabasa Market is the new food venue adopted after the success of Oriental Pantry supermarket Ltd, a well-known place in the heart of Dublin city centre. Our business idea is simple, we want to bring quality food ingredients and affordable cuisines sourced from different parts of the world to Ireland. Our Kalabasa app has great food offers on a wide range of over 6000 products from the most sotiphicated gastronomy destinations in the world such as Mexico, Italy, Korea, Japan, Greece etc…
You will need to register for an account on our app after downloading from Apple App Store, then you are ready for your personal supermarket delivering the orders to your door.

The app is very useful and like other online apps helps you to accumulate items to buy and process orders when ready.
Point for improvement- would be better if the system/app will not process items if out of stock- this will help buyer to decide right away for replacement and will save as well store personnel’s time on calling customers for replacements or process refunds.
OneStop Shop for your Asian groceries
Wide range of asian groceries from Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Indian, Filipino etc. Delivery normally is on the next day. The team will call you to confirm your orders and what is not available. If your item is not available, they will suggest an alternative otherwise they will refund you for that item. They also confirm the expected time of delivery. The team are responsive and flexible on your specific requests. All of your orders are in one box. Any missed item on your delivery will be refunded or added on your next order. I have been using this app since the pandemic started and will use it when we go back to normal.

This app is very good and easy to use. It has crashed 3 times in iOS but purchases were stored. So all good.
