Good app with some flaws

Firstly, there is a security issue with the screenshot displayed in the iPhone fast switching view. All my account balances are on display there even if the app itself has logged me out. Fix this please! Other bank apps have this sorted.

It’s a good app with potential. It does the basics pretty well. Some of the main buttons are a bit of a waste. A big borrow button just displays a message to ring KBC. A big open accounts button just has an option for a current account, which was a bad experience given that my only existing account was already a current account. I had to ring them to open deposit accounts.

Full of bugs and counterintuitive

Terrible experience so far. It has zero intuitive features, each time I need to second gym uses where to click in order to view history or statements and getting to generation of secure o line key is as tedious as opening a rusty vault. It also does not allow to save my mortgage account as a payee thus every time I make an overpayment I need to add details manually - what a pain !!! The last and the worst: after executing some transfers instead of showing confirmation or receipt screen it takes you back to payment execution screen as if transfer wasn’t completed, then you intuitively check your transfer details and press confirm transfer again.. and then only after a review of your transactions history you can see that the transfer was processed twice! On top of that agents in the call are unable and unwilling to help and keep asking you to call at a different time or asking you to contact other department or saying the system is down etc - stay away if you respect your time and nerves!!!!

Very bad experience

I have been unable to do online banking transactions for a week, this is due to some technical work KBC did a week ago. I have phoned KBC more times than I can count and promises for resolutions “that day” were false. Since that broken promise of a resolution 5 days ago Nobody can give me any expected resolution date, nor have my requests to speak to a mgr come to anything. My inability to move money from KBC to my bank of Ireland account has left me with costs related to bills that could not be paid.
On top of that their difficulties extended to my KBC credit card and inability to pay at Lidl check out despite plenty of credit on my card: when I contacted them to query my declined card they could provide no reason!
Today when I phoned KBC re credit card issue , after going thru all the options to reach credit card services, three times their agent picked up the phone and disconnected it immediately.
Awful service from KBC, extremely unhappy customer.
