Connectivity:
The app will work offline on K'gari (Fraser Island), but content must be first download for offline use. Connectivity on K'gari (Fraser Island) and at our mainland terminal is very limited. We recommend the Foreign Language Guide is downloaded and installed prior to arriving on the island. Once installed open the app before arriving at the mainland terminal to download content for offline use. You must have an internet connection the first time you open the app so you can download the content for offline use.
