Loosing messages

I don’t like the way when the app is uninstalled and reinstalled you loose all the messages and pictures. Also messages are cleared at a certain point in messaging when scrolling up

A review.

I’m 17 years old so I’m highly into media especially when you can connect with another user. I suggest adding in the times the person was last online to know if the person is active or not. I also suggest when logging out of Kik that messages to be saved when I log back on. I have noticed I’m lost in conversation when logging back on & it’s really frustrating. I enjoy the app & would hate to be a critic but some things need to be changed.

Photos and videos freezing

Prone to freezing during busy conversations and tons of issues with photos and videos not opening up. Close app completely to restore chat and scrolling but no fix of media issue. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled and still no different. Sent report to “help desk “. New iPhone settings are not working too well currently.
