Love it so much- buuuuuut...
I make Gacha videos with KineMaster (Channel: Gacha Derp) But now for a while there’s been a bug. It’s when I go into my files to get a picture for my scene, instead of showing up as the most recent pictures on top, it shows my really old pictures. This is annoying because I have a lot of pictures and I have to scroll down for a long time to get to the pictures I want. I’ve had this bug 2 Times now and I’ve had to delete the app both times. Good app but many flaws
Hi, I’m Cora. I make Gacha videos on KineMaster (channel: Cora Creations) and I’m one of the many people in the community who can do a certain technique called ‘tweening’. It’s where you gets each of the parts of your character and move them around to create a smooth animation. But only today did I go back onto a piece that took 2 days to make and saw that many of the parts disappeared. It said that I deleted the pieces from my camera roll, but I went back and checked and they were all there. I assure you that I saved when I left my piece so it wasn’t my fault. It is also extremely glitchy and automatically deletes several things. Yes, that wasn’t the only time it happened to me. It is a very confusing and bad app if you want to do abstract animations like that. Other than that it’s a pretty good app but I suggest paying for a better one. From now on I think I won’t be using KineMaster. Thanks a lot.

Tap the prompts that relates to your issue, then tap the Email Support button at the bottom if your issue has not been solved. Please include screenshots or screen recordings of your issue. Please fix this bug
Before KineMaster introduced a brand new menu with an update released a couple of months ago, you could easily export your videos to the Photos library on your iPhone or iPad. But now, this doesn’t even work anymore, since it saves somewhere in the Files app instead. Also, you cannot play videos in full screen anymore. I would really like to see these issues fixed someday. Nonetheless, KineMaster is still a great app! 😀

Hello, we're sorry you're having an issue with saving your videos.
1. Make sure you tap the Save & Share button in your project screen on the upper right corner, not the Export Project (.kine file) button in the project menu.
2. Make sure you have enough space to save and that all other apps are closed.
3. Lower your save settings one at a time and try saving again.
4. Keep KineMaster open while saving.
