Description
Managing your fuel levels has never been easier than with the Kingspan Connect app.
• View the fuel level in your tank any time or any place to ensure you never run out
• Monitor fuel usage over a period of time using interactive charts
• Find out the average litres of oil you are using per day and the predicted date that your tank will run dry
• Set up notifications so you can get notified of the level in your tank or if any irregular behaviour has been identified
• Connect the app to Alexa and ask questions such as "How much is in my tank?" or "When will I run out of oil?"

Good but could be better!
Had problems with dongle not staying connected but server-side revisions eventually fixed that.
Data for average daily consumption does not match the real average and so predicted empty date is unreliable!
There is no low level alert! Easy to fix in software revision.
Our heating stopped today. App showed 157 litres BUT tank outlet is about 4cm above tank bottom so, presumably, it is effectively empty at around 160 litres. Ability to set empty alert at say 200 litres would be handy.
Room for improvement!
Terrible app
Too much trouble .. always giving trouble .. it never knows your email or password ? You need to redo all your details each time you want to use the app . Not fit for purpose .

Hi lualoop, yes unfortunately we had some issues with the app this week, I sincerely apologise for this. Can I please ask you to delete the current version of the app you have installed (1.2.8) and install the new version (1.2.9) where the bug has been fixed. If you have any problems contact our customer service at sensor@kingspan.com.
