Klarna redeemed itself
After nearly 3 months of back and forth and with the assistance of WB shop and Revolut, my 2024 Klarna odyssey finally came to an end. I got the rest of the refund and am updating my review as a token of appreciation! Warning for Klarna users: Klarna is great in promoting its core business, offering purchases by paying in 3 affordable instalments, however if you encounter issues with an order not received and your original card expired, got stolen or you closed the account, thats where the nightmare starts. Beware of this and take the timeframe of 3 months into account before you start your claim to prevent frustration. In my case my refund process could be cut in half if the CS team would read the emails properly, however as having experience in CS support myself, I know, that for lots of companies, pushing their teams with KPIs and useless metrics, to make the stockholders happy comes at a price, that we customers at the end of the day have to pay.

So easy to use and so handy if you want to split for 3 months interest free!
Hope they can give extended options for deferred payments like 6 or 12months in the future.
Also a physical card so you can also use in actual shops to shop where you can split the payment automatically can he useful! But overall experience, I love Klarna! 👍🏼👌🏼
Good Idea, Does Not Give Enough Info
I thought I could purchase tickets on TicketMaster via Klarna since it gave the option on both TicketMaster and the Klarna app itself. However, I had no idea that even though it said I could pay the total in three instalments, it did not mean that as apparently the total was too high. But they never said that at all and when the purchased failed it said Klarna failed, like it was a technical error. And now that I kept trying to purchase the tickets as I believed it to be a tech error, that apparently will look badly on me trying to make other purchases with Klarna. It was a nice idea, and wouldn’t have minded there being a max limit, but the lack of information given really skewed me over so will not be using again. Customer service was quick and helpful though, and the only reason I knew I had been declined and why, without them I still wouldn’t know why it wasn’t going through.
