Overall it’s a great app and gives good info. But it does need an update. 9+ months without an update is too long. Some thing that need fixing: scrolling sideways in graphs often also scrolls the entire screen. Ability to add more than 2 electricity tariffs. The support guys were great and did this for me manually, so the back-end systems can do it, but the app can’t. Rework the way the schedules are configured. It’s a little clunky. Works but could use a better UI. I can see when my solar panels export energy, but that information is not saved anywhere and not added to totals. It’s only added to “generated” when it’s put into the car battery.

Purchased an Andersen last year based on its design and functionality. Was very satisfied until today. The most recent firmware upgrade seems to be aimed at UK customers. Where are the options to set up tariffs based on Euro for those customers not resident in UK? At time of writing my off peak Euro € tariffs have disappeared and there does not appear to be a € related tariff. Surely, it is possible to develop an agnostic scheduler. So disappointed and frustrated to the point of now having lost confidence in the Andersen. Expensive mistake on my part and now not sure how Andersen plan (maybe no plan)to look after non UK clients.

Great app, easy to use. It would be great to have the option to configure the solar max output. This would be relevant for battery connected systems as this charger sees it as one source. Having a setting to have a max solar source will allow a bit of control on draining the home battery.
