Buy and Upgrade buildings in your area
Really enjoy this game. I have been buying my office building slowly with cash, but my boss on the floor above me is doing the same. Going to have to buy him out.
All in all, this game is really fun. Love the geographic location feature. Actual buildings in your area are up for sale. You upgrade buildings to increase rent and the value. Can sell the building to make a profit to other users. Have recommended to a lot of work colleagues and friends. Slow to start off with coins and getting cash from rent, but Rome wasn’t built in a day so it is a bit more realistic.
Very enjoyable
When first starting out it may seem slow but after investing every day for a while it starts to pick up the pace and find yourself investing lots more, more often. To me it creates the experience of as you grow you’re investments the game becomes very enjoyable to play and no longer seems drawn out. The ability to add friends and compete against them to take over your area to me is the best part of this game.
I would highly recommend this game to anyone who likes the tycoon genre of mobile games.
More than just fun...
This game is not only fun to play, but is a very realistic investing educational tool. The most important skill you learn is patience as you buy and sell properties and land that will make your empire grow. The purchases are virtual, but the real estate consists of real life businesses and locations starting out right in your local area. Make your investment moves a few times a day and literally make money while you sleep. Very enjoyable!
