Laundryheap: On-Demand Laundry 4+

I’ve used this service for over a year now . App is easy to use. Pricing clear and no hidden extras. Pick up from your door in a 3 hour time slot for and again for delivery. Communications are excellent via SMS message. Delivery back to you within 24 hrs. Sometimes (very rare) it can be more than 24 hours but the service is upfront with you if there is any delay. They have always delivered back to me with 48 hours.
SMS gives you a link as to where driver is. The driver texts you when they are about 15-30mins away and again when they arrive. Drivers are friendly and efficient. The price is great for such a convenient service. I recommended less plastic and they have cut back. I hand back excess hangars to them and they take them back. I’d be happy with no hangars.

I used these for the first time yesterday when I realised I needed something dry cleaned asap and googled 24 hour dry cleaners. They collected my two items at the exact time they stated (around 1.5 hours after I ordered) and was delivered back exactly 24 hours later to my front door. Pricing is excellent as is the service. Would highly recommend and have already created a second order.

I use this service for a few months now. It’s well organised, the drivers are kind and polite, which I appreciate. I think there’s too much stress on the fast turnaround though.

I would rather have my laundry coming a few hours later, or even the next day, but fully DRIED. Homes in Ireland are small, it’s been a wet summer so far with 80% humidity. Too often my laundry comes back damp if not wet, so every corner of the house ends up covered with drying laundry. It’s depressing and frustrating. It’s extra work I don’t need. I was told it was because they wanted fe finished on time. I can’t imagine the stress on the laundry people…and this is stress added on me too.

Be nice with your workers, give them time to do the job well!
