Can’t see what the cap is supposed to be

The app works well, but there’s a section about ‘fare capping’ that I was really interested in, but all I can see are four circles, two filled in, but no information as to what the circles represent, just four spots where writing should be. If this was fixed, it would be great as it’s good to know when you’ve reached the cap since trying to go through your balance on the official Leap app is a bit of a nightmare.

Shocking app complete waste of time

I purchased the app to make life easier for myself and waited to receive my card in the post. Everything was set up just waiting for me to activate my card. Have tried unsuccessfully to log in since I have received card to activate it. It either says I can’t login or a blank screen comes up with an option that won’t let you activate your card. I have an iPhone 8 for reference. A complete waste of money. I have now lost what I paid for the app plus the money I was putting into the card once it arrived. Don’t waste your time on it. I would give it zero stars if I could

It doesn’t work.

It worked perfectly until I got a new card and now it’s just blank. I’ve deleted the app then downloaded it back on 3 different occasions. I’ve also logged off and on several times and it still doesn’t work. I would really want a refund please.
