Too rigid program and confusing app
I can tell there is a lot of info on the app but it’s really hard to navigate and find the relevant information at the right time. I also find the program way too rigid, especially since I downloaded it as I needed help. The advice from the consultants didn’t help guide me towards getting to the right schedule. Instead it felt like they were canned responses.

Appears few but can’t use unless a purchase is made
This is totally misleading as it states it is free but once downloaded only purchase options are available.
Can’t even sign out of the app, want to delete but want to sign out first.
