App and site not working properly
The new app and the new site are not working properly, I can not remove one of my cards from the payment options, the new bundle that I just purchase does not appear in the system, the price for some bundles are different when I get to pay for them then the prices I just clicked on, the previous site was so easy to use and never had a problem with it. And the fact that you can not chat with a real person but instead you need to call or write emails is very inconvinient as well. I am very disappointed on how things work at the moment.
No info about internet data left
With this new app you can’t see your internet balance left. I was trying to use the old app but an annoying pop up doesn’t allow me to see the info I need as I’m forced to download the new app. If you can’t see your data/calls/message balance it’s kind of useless

Good but needs improvement
I cannot save a payment card on this app. i need to use the other app. also on latest update my remaining allowance of calls and SMS has disappeared. So when using national S bundle you cannot see in app how much you have left. Again i have to go to other app for this
