The Standard To Follow
One of the best shopping apps I have experienced on the IOS platform. Great functionality and some not too obvious surprises (try pinching on the shop area).Well thought out and executed design. Can’t wait for future updates. Would be great if Massimo Dutti offered back in stock notifications.
Mostly Fine, But a Couple of Issues
The app shows most - all? - dates in the wrong formatting; it uses American formatting (MM/DD/YYYY) but I’m in Europe (where DD/MM/YYYY is expected & preferred). It’s 2024, and most app developers have figured this out by now.
I once bought a pair of trousers through the app which arrived with a defect & needed to be returned. While the returns process was mostly streamlined & well-handled, they did spend 2 weeks after the tracking link showed the return as having been delivered claiming they hadn’t received it yet. While they eventually processed the refund, given their prices, I would have expected and hoped for a quicker turn around than that. The higher your prices, the higher expectations will be where customer service is concerned… it felt like they were lacking there, unfortunately.
The app has, at times, insisted on being updated before being used in cases where this isn’t obviously necessary. I won’t dock a mark for that in the review score, but I wish they wouldn’t do that.

Credit card issues all the time
I have lost out on so many sale items because the functionality fails at the final step of credit card verification. The app allows you to use a saved credit card but then fails at the final step by giving an error message so I always have to wait until I have the card physically with me and then re-enter it as a completely new card even though it is already saved on my account. Please get this issue resolved. It is extremely frustrating. I have no other issue with this app so other than this I would rate it 5 stars.
