Description
MasterBase® Key allows fast and secure access to the MasterBase® platform by authenticating the user on their mobile device, without having to remember or recover passwords.
Very secure, since the authentication is based on cryptographic standards (public and private key), much less vulnerable than a password, and includes user validation through biometric parameters (fingerprint, or FaceId), that is, an authentication of two factors.
A private and a public key are cryptographically created on the mobile device. The private key is securely stored on the mobile device and the public key is communicated to the client application, and must be stored, for example, in the database in which users usually store their passwords. This constitutes the guarantee that MasterBase® does not store any user information.
Keys are much more reliable than a password and, with the added biometric identification, access security is considerably greater.
Quick access, since the only thing required to enter the site is to scan with the mobile phone the QR code that the system creates for each app user. The home page of the site shows this personalized QR, user scans it and is loged in.
