Match is a part of the Match Group, which also owns Ourtime and Meetic.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed for successive periods of the same duration and the same price as the original subscription chosen within 24-hours prior to its end. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. You must switch off the automatic renewal of your Match iPhone/iPad subscription no later than 24 hours before your next subscription is due via your iTunes account settings page. To manage your subscription, simply click on the Settings > iTunes & App Store, tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, tap Subscriptions. From here, you can select your Match subscription and view your scheduled renewal date, choose a different subscription package or toggle the on-off switch to off to disable the automatic-renewal of your subscription. No cancellation of the current subscription is permitted during the period of an active subscription, automatic renewal cancellation only considers subsequent renewals.

Sketchy app

Dubious calculation of distances.
Tons of obvious fake profiles - over 60% by my calculations.
Can’t limit matches by country. I’m in Ireland and I see loads of possibles from Wales and England. Small problem, the Irish Sea.
Looks good at first, but several annoying bugs in the software also. Overpriced, given the overall quality.

I’m sorry to hear your experience hasn’t been what you’d hoped. We make every effort to block fake profiles and, as stated in our Charter of Commitment, we promise never to use chat assistants. Using the moderator button, you can report any inappropriate behaviour directly from the member's profile. For their own safety, we strongly advise our members to refrain from exchanging their personal contact details in their initial conversations with someone. Worst app ever

It keeps bugging. There are no many features when subscribe. The search option doesn’t really capture people according to my preferences. I am in Ireland and it shows me people in England. I selected not smoker people and it keeps showing profile of smokers. The search also doesn’t stick with the age gap I selected. Just after 2 hours of the purchase I tried to cancel it but I can’t get refund on the 40 euros paid and the app says we have 24 hours to cancel it. I can’t get through support to report the bugs, neither to request refund. Don’t waist your time and money. Worst purchase ever

Opposite of match

So much money for a year for not 1 single interaction! The worse app ever!! What’s with the glitches also! I messaged people appropriately, waited, was never too pushy.& no the people I matched were not very popular(mostly below my standard for good looks) so I didn’t appreciate a response from an app developer insinuating it was my fault! I thought paying for an app would have indicated guys who were serious about dating! This app is worse than the free ones! 🤓🤣
