I’m unable to open my app for the first time. When I start it up it tells me to try again at the start of the next month or later, and then when I tap retry multiple times it says “It’s not you- it’s us!” Keep in mind I have never used the app before so I have no data/chace that I can clear. What do I do

Why are people activating their deals BEFORE they get to the window to pay 😂😂😂 also app doesn’t always work. I see frequent error messages
Deal not available
You don’t download this app for any other reason than you want to get a deal/offer. You see the app, open it open, see a deal, head to McDonalds, scan the voucher, deal isn’t available, leave. Then you remember that the food is always cold, they don’t melt the cheese anymore, and that places that do nice fast food now exist.
