gems, character availability and avatar creation
i find this game really fun, although theres some aspects of it that prevent me from giving it a five star review.
I wish there was an easier way to access gems, because they run out very easily. As for "character availability", I mean the fact that there are so many characters that you have to buy with money to talk to, and I understand it's to make a profit but for the majority of people that don't want to spend money on them, it just makes the game feel a bit more exclusionary.
Avatar creation is one thing I find issue with, for no other reason but my own preferences. I wish there were more customization options, but I understand if its not do-able.

please make it easier to get gems
i absolutely adore this game. it’s extremely entertaining and i’m quickly becoming addicted. i love the storyline to each of the characters and how personified they are. the voice messages and extra pictures add even more to the game allowing the player to connect with the characters on a deeper level.
but…
the lack of access to gems is incredibly frustrating. i don’t have money to spend. please make it more accessible. you could add mini games and ads to double up your reward. or you could at least bring the free gems by watching an ad up to 20… please do something about this, it will improve the game and the players gameplay.

I think it’s a great app but you always have to tap a button for all of them and you have to buy it if you want to just type I think there should be more free characters that you can type to otherwise it’s a great game
