Ratings and Reviews
From when I first downloaded it to now there has been a great change and also something new and refreshing that comes with the update. Yes there are some bugs and fixes here and there, that is to be expected and it is usually fixed. The only thing I would love is if I could either have the same signature I have on the outlook on my desktop or I could put a picture as part of my signature on my phone which I can not do at the moment. Other than that I enjoy using it.
Great app but no shared calendar support
Really fantastic app and it gets better with every iteration. My big gripe is that it's missing shared calendar support which I feel is a basic requirement for most office 365 users. If you can include this feature you'd have a 5 star app all the way. I use my phone rather than my laptop as my primary emailing device and I feel short changed with the lack of this feature.
I was utterly disappointed from the start! I have to use this app for work but I found it an absolute let down! The app worked for a couple of days and then became incapable of receiving or sending emails - an absolute disgrace! I contacted support but they were no help at all - and I didn’t reply for a few days as I was busy in work so they shut the conversation I had set up with support down! Anyways, I found it was an obnoxious and unhelpful customer service!! I have to say I would stay away from this service if it weren’t for work - and if I were choosing a company to work with as an employer I would steer clear of this one altogether..
