I believe I found the one that works well!!
After trying a number of apps to track my mileage, I believe I found the one that works. After the trial period I subscribed to the premium plan. It has recorded every trip I’ve made, the auto-classify is brilliant. It saves me so much time and the reports are automatic. Thank you for thinking up an app like this. Please, keep it up.
Simple and highly effective
I’ve never written a review for an app but MileCatcher warrants it as it has been so effective.
After having a company for car years I bought my own to reclaim mileage when it’s used. This meant tracking -accurately- every mile I did for work, and also tracking personal miles. Mileage rates have 4 bands where I am
After setting up the various rates and typical working hours, I just left it run. Now when I have a few minutes to spare, usually while waiting to collect someone, instead of playing solitaire I check my auto classified mileage and charge it to the various rates. Seeing the total deductible mileage is very rewarding, knowing it’s as good as cash.
MileCatcher has saved me from hours of trawling through receipts trying to remember where I’ve been and when. It has also saved me for the trips I would otherwise have forgotten.
In case that wasn’t enough, the desktop portal lets me generate a report by rate or with all journeys and email them to the office all in one go.
This app has generated/saved my losing over €3000 in only 6 weeks, I couldn’t recommend it enough.
