Horrible bank

On November 1st, I made an internal transfer, from money jar to money jar, and this transfer did not land in the recipient's account, on the second day I sent a message to them, they got back to me saying that it should be transferred in a maximum of 3 days, on the fifth day I came back saying that it hadn't fallen yet, they told me they were solving it and that was it for another week, meanwhile I had to manage having to take out a loan to pay my bills, in the second week they didn't even respond anymore, the money didn't it still crashed, and they don't even respond anymore, so DON'T USE THIS BANK, they just stall saying they'll solve it and they don't, until it gets to the point that they don't even respond anymore, I'll try to spread it on all social networks so that nobody uses this bank, it is horrible, they stole my money, and they did not help me at all, they do not answer me anymore, they are treating me as if nothing had happened, so I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS BANK

Money disappeared from account

In January the app had a bug and I wasn’t able to transfer anything, a couple of days later it was working properly again but I decided it was time to transfer all my money to Revolut and close the account because all the errors. When I decided to do that I wasn’t able to transfer all the money at once, so I had left 300€ and sometimes euros on my savings account, to my surprise on the next day when I checked it again I only had 100€ and something left, I downloaded the bank statements but it was just like that money was never there. I emailed them and the girl that I talked to told me that they were going to see a way to help me but I didn’t have an answer yet. I just want my 200€ back.

I'm tired of so many issues

My money in this bank account has already disappeared so many times without explanation that I have already lost myself. I already ran the risk of losing my accommodation because the bank simply zeroed my account and no one says what happened. The worst of all is they still ask to evaluate the service and support. If for every time when my money disappears without explanation I sued the bank I would be rich. Now the app has an error to update my card details and therefore, I can't buy anything that the transaction appears denied. I'm tired of this app and I'll stop threatening to close the account and I'll do it.
