Great for people with OCD and other anxiety conditions

I have been dealing with OCD since I was a child and now, being fifteen years old have learned a lot about mental health in the last year when things got extremely bad,I had this app on my old phone, and when I got a new phone I decided to start again. I’m telling you, this app works wonders for getting your head together. When I went through my worst moments at the start of this year, and while nothing feels like it will make it better, this definitely does so much without you realizing it, if you’re in what I like to call “the bad times” you will get through, I don’t know how, neither do you, but somehow, it happens :) Moodnotes definitely doesn’t replace mental health professionals (as stated in the app) but it is a great self help routine. Even if you feel this app will help you 0.001% it is worth it, because every little helps :) good luck everyone who goes through any mental health issues and my heart absolutely goes out to you :)

Finally found the perfect app for what I need.

Initially, I was searching for a gratitude journal, however, most are not evidence-based, either outdated or awful to look at. This app has it all and more: it is evidence-based, it is aesthetic pleasing to the eye and it is fun to use. It is self-empowering to track your moods and find out the potholes of your thinking. I am so grateful for this as I can be quite the negative person and always wanted to change that, merely lacking the structure for sustainable change.
