I know ye upgraded the game to fix bugs and all...but now the game's even worse!!!!!😡😤😢
For e.g. if I'm on the game for 10/20 mins, and I go into artbooks, it would take AGES to load. But when it does load, it just has a bit of a blue screen saying artbooks at the top like it usually does, but where it says newest artbooks, the worlds most popular artbooks and the other things it says are on top of each other at the top left corner! And, there's no artbooks there! Just the background of the city that there is when you go into the game!😤😤😤😤😤😤😭😭😭😭😭😕 It really annoys me ( it does it in gifts and clothing and everything too!) I then have to go out of the game, delete it, get it back again, wait a while and then go back into it! Most of the time that doesn't work though, but yet when I go back to it the next day, it's normal til it starts that again!😡😭😕 Also, VIP costs a lot of real money and the stuff u get on MSP cost a lot too. As well, sometimes when the game won't load, it says there is a problem connecting to MSP and the screen turns grey and it does that on and off every now and then.
Could ye plz try and fix those bugs (if that's what they are) and maybe reduce the prices on the stuff on MSP?

ok so ever since february or march (possibly longer) there has been a huge problem on msp mobile while making a movie. basically when you type on your movie it goes underneath or on the side and lag so much. this problem is also when you watch movies too, i haven’t made a movie in months because of this other than short movies, which obviously isn’t fun when the WHOLE PURPOSE OF THE GAME IS TO BE A MOVIE STAR AND CREATE MOVIES !!!!!!!! this is a horrible problem and i can’t watch or make a movie let alone a series. please MovieStarPlanet and fix this it’s so annoying and ruins the purpose of the the game on mobile. basically i’m asking you to put the text back on top of your moviestar so that u can actually see it when type on watch it, just like how it used to be. thank you

MovieStarPlanet is a great game where you can make friends and express your creativity! The only complaint is the Customer Service. I contacted members of your staff via E-Mail for almost a week over my Lost Account. I was unable to log in for months and the service asked for a V.I.P receipt. I contacted the purchaser of the V.I.P on my account (It was a gift) and they did not want any information of the order shown for Privacy due to GDPR and they don’t know much about the company. I sent them as much as I could and they would not return my account. I can understand that you need proof of ownership, but I sent as much as I could to the team. Customer service were not as helpful as I feel they could have been while helping with an account, which I still DO NOT have access to, even though I was able to give as much details as possible to prove it was mine. Very disappointing.
