For example, let's say that the limit is to raise 60 kg of bench press 10 times.
So how many kg can you give up once?
Although there are individual differences, it can actually be calculated.
If you tap the 1RM tag, enter 60 for weight and 10 for reps.
The first line shows 1 reps 80 kg.
Yes, you can now list 80 kg once.
Conversely, if you set a goal of raising 100 kg once, instead of aiming for 100 kg one time suddenly, why not practice until you can raise 76 kg 10 times?
I'm aiming for such an application that helps muscle training companions.
