My Assistant is the package of connected services designed to offer you 24/7 assistance through features such as: SOS Call, Roadside Assistance and Customer Care*.

My Remote
My Remote is the package of connected services designed for remote management of the vehicle, thanks to a wide range of services such as: Remote Operations, At-Home Digital Assistant*, Drive Alerts* and Vehicle Finder.

My Car
My Car is the package of connected services designed to keep your vehicle's health up to date, thanks to services such as: Vehicle Info and Vehicle Health Alert*.

My Navigation*
My Navigation is the package of connected services designed to take advantage of the most modern satellite navigation services, enhanced by features available thanks to connectivity: Send & Go, POI Search, Last Mile Navigation.

My Theft Assistance
My Theft Assistance is the package designed to protect your vehicle, thanks to services such as: Theft Alarm Notification and Stolen Vehicle Assistance.

The My Alfa Connect mobile app and Alfa Connect Services are compatible only on FCA Group vehicles equipped with the Alfa Connect Box system. This mobile app is available for compatible vehicles of the Alfa Romeo brand, while for other FCA brands (Jeep®, Fiat, Fiat Professional) you need to download the My Uconnect mobile app from the appropriate app store.

Activating Alfa Connect Services is very simple. After purchasing the vehicle, the customer receives an email to complete his/her account registration on the web portal and activate the connected services available for the purchased vehicle. Once the customer completes the account registration and services activation, the system activates all services and sends a confirmation email. Now you can enjoy your Alfa Connect Services!

The compatibility of the services and the available functions may vary depending on the model of vehicle, the infotainment system installed on board and the country where the vehicle is sold. More information is available on the website dedicated to your vehicle and in your customer area.
