I bought my car in Conlans ,Naas. 2022
Every time I visit for any purpose I am 100% pleased to say their Customer Service is above and beyond expectations.
From the “guy” at the top to the guy getting to the top they are friendly but so professional.
Recently I visited another BMW outlet in Dublin and the experience wasn’t a patch on Conlans.
So thankful
Not an improvement
No visible improvement over BMW connected app. In fact, layout worse, doesn’t fit cleanly on screen of any phone I have. Maps a bit dismal, route planning on a from ‘your’ location and not the car’s. Connected services subscriptions are thru an external link (how hard would it be to show them in app?). Remote control of charging would be useful, incl. departure time, but not included. Recent drive stats have been removed too, why? ‘Enabled features’ removed as well. We owners don’t have a choice as the ‘Connected’ app will soon be deprecated... but BMW, please try harder to make the Ultimate Driving App - not this featureless visual hodgepodge.
Always out of date. Needs a lot of work
Was excited to see this app for my new X5 hybrid but it’s always out of date and can take ages to sync with car or fails to sync at all. We also have a Tesla and the charging schedule just works. On the bmw it is so buggy it’s not funny. BMW really need to improve this if they are to compete. You cannot set the car to charge off peak reliably. You must set a departure time for same time every day of the week which is crazy. Please fix this guys!!!
