Basic and buggy
It’s very basic compared to other energy companies in Ireland. No tools to estimate what your next bill will be or notifications to submit meter readings. However the most frustrating thing is logging in is hit and miss. The majority of the time it gets stuck at a loading screen saying signing in.
Dreadful App
This so-called app needs to be dragged into the 21st century. Constantly hanging. Even the spinning wheels that spin to let you know that something is happening in the background don’t spin! I always end up just logging into the browser
App for iPhone
Hi BordGais,
The app doesn’t work on latest iOS iPhone system and brings up a blank Blue screen after login.? It works fine on iPad as I tried it to make sure I wasn’t doing something silly in login. Please be so kind as to update your system to work with iOS iPhone as it would be very handy to use for Usage data (as I have Smart meter) and reading of usage etc.
