Doesn’t load,
Very glitchy. Doesn’t load the days programs properly. Didn’t show information which would’ve been helpful during the stay.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still didn’t update.
When it did work it would’ve been handy to have a feature to save a specific activity happening so it could remind you of it.
It’s a large resort so an interactive map would be very helpful.

We have fixed the instability regarding the program, don't hesitate to inform us if the issue persist on your side.

Where is the old app gone?
I don’t understand what this app is supposed to do. Very basic functionality Vs old app. No ability to add my upcoming trip. Large regression.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. The new application is designed for customers who already have a reservation and allows you to view all the booked trips (current, future, past) by logging in with your GM number or your e-mail address. Once you have logged in, you will find the "Switch to another stay" button in the burger menu, which allows you to access information about your stay(s). The Club Med team.
